Not once do you feel rushed, not once do you feel you're going to be scammed and you truly feel as if you're the top priority! After first cleaning and then viewing the rings on the video microscope, wear and tear was pointed out especially on the setting(s).
I was shown areas that required repair and offered various options for every budget! I couldn't be more satisfied with his expert suggestions and we wound up rebuilding the ring as to have the reassurance that the stones shouldn't pop out in the future!

This wonderful business in Bellmore Village has been here for a long time and there is a reason for it. Exceptional Customer Service. Experienced salespeople and expert jewelers and diamond setters that are highly skilled professionals.
The store is busy all the time, and still, it seems as if you are the only person your salesperson is working with. Jumping back and forth does not happen here. I say this because we had jewelry pieces made from our Garnets and diamonds and with a chain and a great deal of input from Pearl, our salesperson we got an amazing piece of Jewelry.
If you are in need of a piece of jewelry, a watch repair, they fixed one for us too or looking to buy a great gift, this is the place to go.

My family has been coming to Gennaro for years and they have done everything for us from making my custom wedding band to redesigning to resizing jewelry. I got an heirloom ruby ring redesigned and reset by Gennaro's and they did an amazing job!
They were able to use a pair of diamond stud earrings I hadn't worn in years to use with the ruby center stone on a brand new custom setting. It made my original dated out of style ring sophisticated and cool.

I had a great experience at Gennaro today as always! When I walked through the door, I was greeted by the smiley employees, which always starts off the experience right!
The employees continued to greet me even if they are busy with their own clients- which is a really nice touch to this small town business. I am also always truly impressed that my diamond ring never leaves my site while it gets cleaned.
Due to some deep scratches on the band, the owner of the store even got his hands dirty in polishing up my ring. I am three days from my wedding and am so relieved that my ring is shiny and new after taking it to Gennaro!
